Really good sandwiches! I got their #1 Caribbean roast with a side of yuca fries and was not disappointed - especially loved the caramelized onions Lots of comparisons to un bien and i purposefully got the same thing to compare- honestly you can't go wrong with either, I think Paseo is a dollar or two more, but I felt like the sandwich was also slightly larger

I've been coming here for a while and finally got around to writing this review. I've gotten everything on the happy hour menu. It's all a 10/10. I crave the fries and sauce! The margaritas are bomb too. Last time we got the churros and they were so so good. I think everything is reasonably priced. The margarita is a deal though! The employees are always nice and give great recommendations. I do wish they had a heater outside. The service is speedy too. I always love the music they play inside.

Wow, this sandwich was exceptional! I can't get over how juicy the classic pork sandwich was. If you're in the city and looking for a quick bite, this is the place to go. Tip: The sandwich is so juicy that it won't travel well--it needs to be devoured on-site. Zero complaints about the food! Alsooooo, added yuca fries. Crunchy nice sauce. I also noticed the large drink selection and personally opted for the agua fresca, jugo de Jamaica. It was sweet, refreshing, and absolutely delicious. The space is small but cute and colorful, with limited indoor seating and a dog-friendly outdoor patio. The service was just okay, which is why I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5.

Stopped by on our way to the airport before flying home. Better than their competitor! The Caribbean Roast was tender and juicy! The meat was abundant. I would also recommend the Paseo Press. I loved the Roasted Corn on the Cob, as their garlic aioli and spices smothered on it was chef's kiss! Service-wise, they were so nice. It does take a while, but worth the wait. Casual, cozy seating inside with maybe 4 tables. More tables outside. One restroom inside. Wish I lived here to visit them on the regular. But alas, we will just have to wait until our next visit to Seattle.

A Flavorful Adventure in Caribbean Cuisine! I was eager to try this spot, especially their renowned Caribbean roast, and it did not disappoint! The sandwich arrived quickly, and we enjoyed our meal in their cozy covered picnic area outside. Upon first glance, the sandwich's texture was very saucy, almost slimy, which gave me pause. However, the incredible flavor was evident from the first bite. There was a balance of spicy jalapeños and sweet pork. It made for a deliciously messy experience. While I wished for a bit more texture, the taste made up for it. Though, while it was tasty, it fell a bit short of being good value for $16 given its size. The shop itself is small and simple, the staff were friendly. We visited on a late Saturday afternoon and walked right in--no lines! Overall, I left satisfied and am eager to return and explore more of their menu.

Atmosphere: Casual takeout spot Food: Delicious, but messy sandwiches. My girlfriend called these maybe the best sandwiches she's ever had. The Caribbean Roast Pork has a nice juicy flavor, great aioli and a sturdy enough bread to work with the juiciness, although it does eventually fall apart. I also loved the Steak Sandwich Price: Good price for the size of the sandwiches Service: Good service Parking: Street parking. We found a spot in front.
